A common question we get is: "I’m a Size 2 in Impressa, what am I in Uresta?"

Unfortunately, it’s not a 1:1 swap. Because the materials and shapes are different, they interact with your pelvic floor differently. While Impressa offered 3 sizes, Uresta offers 5 sizes, giving you a higher likelihood of finding your perfect level of support.

If you’re new to Uresta, start with the Uresta Starter Kit, which includes our three most popular sizes (these fit approximately 90% of women).

Pro tip: Hang on to your extra sizes. Some women prefer different levels of support for different activities — workouts, long walks, or high-impact days.
Will Uresta cause vaginal dryness? Plus

Uresta is made from a non-absorbent material, so it doesn’t draw moisture away from vaginal tissues. Many women find this more comfortable compared to absorbent devices. If you prefer extra glide, you can use a water-based lubricant for insertion and removal.
How does Uresta work as an alternative to Poise Impressa for stopping bladder leaks? Plus

Similar to Impressa, Uresta is inserted vaginally to provide support to the pelvic floor muscles to stop unwanted bladder leaks from Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) (i.e. leaking urine with coughing, sneezing, exercise, laughing, or movement).

The Uresta is made of a special non-absorbent, hypoallergenic medical-grade thermoplastic elastomer resin. That’s a fancy way of saying it’s safe for long-term use inside the body and doesn’t increase the risk of UTIs, toxic shock syndrome, or other infections.
